This service allows individuals and businesses to obtain a permit to carry out a charitable activity for a specified period.

Terms & Requirements

• 1A comprehensive report on the charitable activity must be sent after its completion — including all relevant information and data — by email to the Department's Charitable Work Administration: arch@islamic.shj.ae.
• 2Compliance with sending activity reports affects future approvals for charitable activities after obtaining a permit from the Sharjah Islamic Affairs Department.
• 3Direct communication with the licensed intermediary association is required before holding the activity, to agree on the donation-collection mechanism.

Service Procedure

1. 1Contact the licensed intermediary association and agree on the donation-collection mechanism
2. 2Submit the donation collection permit request by email
3. 3Receive approval and the issued permit from the Sharjah Islamic Affairs Department
4. 4Carry out the charitable activity within the period stated on the permit
5. 5Send a comprehensive report on the activity to the Charitable Work Administration after completion

• A copy of the commercial license or establishment document of the applying entity
